    Taking up the old floors

    The old floors in the front room and hallway were taken up, exposing the joists underneath.

    New timbers were fitted and levelled, with insulation boards laid in between the joists.

    A complete shower room refurbishment carried out by our own team, from the electrics and waterproofing through to the tiling and final fit-out. We designed and installed bespoke LED lighting, laid electric underfloor heating and finished the room in fluted and terrazzo-effect tiles around a walk-in shower.
