Herringbone flooring was laid through the rooms and carried on through the doorways.

New skirting boards were fitted to finish the edges of the floor, including around the bay window.

Shower room refurbishment
A complete shower room refurbishment carried out by our own team, from the electrics and waterproofing through to the tiling and final fit-out. We designed and installed bespoke LED lighting, laid electric underfloor heating and finished the room in fluted and terrazzo-effect tiles around a walk-in shower.
Bathrooms
Bathroom with bath and separate shower
A bathroom stripped back to the floor joists and rebuilt with a new bath, a separate shower enclosure, stone-effect tiles and a heated towel rail.
Flooring
New subfloor and insulation
Old floors taken up in a hallway and front room, with new timbers levelled, insulation fitted between the joists and new subfloor boards laid ready for the final floor.
